The unique one-off punching and impacting production line guarantees the absolute accuracy of punching intervals and of penetrating in next  step, and the uniform between the pole and the hole. The pressing production line automatically controls the schedule with electronics to guarantee  the pressing level of each pole, improving quality, stability and efficiency of grating pressing. Main characteristics of the production line are listed as  follows:

1. Totally up to the equipment and without effects of human factors, the quality of aluminum grating is stable and reliable.
      2.The equipment guarantees the size of holes and intervals between holes are the same in each ledge. And the punching efficiency is advanced  to  over  ten boards every minute.

3. The punching is in automatic control and thus has fewer requirements for manufacturing personnel.

4. The penetrating is convenient and smooth, improving the production efficiency and reducing staff's work.

5. The interval between the pole and the hole is in accurate control and even uniform, and the pressing is proper, firm and reliable.

6.The displacement sensor is adopted for precision measurement of deformation thickness of the pole in the process of pressing. The pressing  capacity of poles is in good consistency, leaving less probability to produce inner stress for the total deformation of aluminum gratings.
 

7.The aluminum welding machine and the aluminum wires imported from Europe are operated in strict accordance with the welding regulations,  ensuring the weld strength.

8. The environmental friendly cleaning and treating agents are used for the surface treatment, and they do no harm to the environment.

9.The production capacity is four aluminum gratings of 6 m × 1.2 m per hour, and it may be increased based on the different models and improved production process.
